Bio

My name is Lacy Harrison, and I live in southwest Arkansas way out in the country! Music has always been a part of my life. In fact, my earliest memories are of my grandpa and my mother singing in church. God and music has sustained me throughout my life, and has given me hope in the worst of times, and joy in the best of times!

I have a speech impediment and a hearing loss as a result from a difficult birth, and songwriting has given me a way to share my heart without fear of not being understood.  It has been my escape from the cruelty I have often faced due to my impediment.

Since 2016, I have been working to get my songs to artists. I have had the pleasure of meeting great people such as (but not limited to), Billy Smiley, Steve Brewster, and Matt Pierson, in Nashville, and have been able to get demos recorded of some of my songs! I currently work with Ray Brooks in Bryant, Arkansas.  I am also a member of the Gospel Music Association, Inspirational Country Music Association, and the Nashville Songwriters Association International.

If you would like to contact me about my songs or anything, please feel free to contact me.

I am looking forward to what God has in store for me in the future. In the mean time, I plan to keep writing and making trips to Nashville!
